  1. Hmm.. I may just join this. I've always wanted a place for my warrior lady. Just need to get her set up and everything when I have the time.
  2. Oh my goodness, it's my super friend!
  3. Wasn't quite sure where to post this, so thought I might as well throw it here. The problem I'm running into at the moment is trying to make sets on my characters that uses a range of different armor types (i.e. cloth and plate on a mage), but Mogit won't display anything except for Cloth on a cloth wearer, and so on. Is there any sort of fix for this? Or a solution of some sorts? My only other guess is to use something like WoWHead and their Dressing Room or whatnot. I'd just prefer if I could do it in-game where it displays on the model I want, but without having to spend many more hours using ".look item" or whatever the command is on here. Nevermind, kind of figured it out on my own. But for anyone else who might be trying to figure it out: You need to log in to other characters that specialize in the armor type you need, and then after you can log back in on to the character you were gearing.
  4. "Vile monsters of corruption. A lack of self-control and morals. Such fiends have no place here!" Introduction Since the day she was wronged by those with twisted minds and an arrogant, power-hungering smirk, she has vowed to herself, and her self alone, to snuff out the existence of any foolish enough to indulge themselves in corrupted magic. Whether it be fel, necromancy, or other dark magics matters little. Should ill intent roll off their tongue, like the delight of the finest wine, they shall find it to be their last. General Information Name: Jaritana Val'norah Titles: Phoenix of Dusk Race: Sin'dorei Age: late 200s Occupation: Battle-Magus Affiliation: Neutral; herself Alignment: Chaotic Neutral Appearance The innate power of her magic wasn't the only elven heritage she inherited. As cliché as it might be, she is of exotic beauty with a slim, hourglass frame. She wears a visage of angular features, from her defined, but not overwhelming, cheekbones to the point of her chin. But, even so, it is only an underlying beauty beneath layers of harsh times and hardships, her current body battered and beaten. Scars permanently mark every body part at least once, varying in size and type. The most noticeable of scars are the ones lining her back in a vicious pattern of deep lines, telling the tale of an elf that refused to break beneath the punishing tail of a whip. Other scars include jagged claw marks that held no mercy in rending her flesh. Despite the magic flowing through her veins, it has backfired and altered her physically on multiple occasions. Her left hand has long been designated for channeling fire, the flames having licked along her flesh and left it somewhat twisted and cracked. Her right hand suffers similarly, except by that of ice that has sapped the color from her skin into a paler, blue tinted shade. Over the years, the magic has siphoned upon her lifeforce and altered her once golden locks into a platinum, almost white color. But, most importantly, is the twisted alterations left by once indulging herself a little too heavily in fel: a distinct scarring that left the skin around her eyes a darker, reddened shade. One of the benefits to her innate magical talent, of course, is the ability to alter her appearance. Which Jaritana takes pleasure in often. All that scars her is only a bitter reminder; a shame from her past. Thus, she conceals most of it beneath magical alterations of flawless skin, and when not under the effects of the spell she carefully covers her scars with articles of clothing or armor. She has also found preference in darkening her platinum hair to a raven black, although her reasoning for such is something she refuses to reveal. <Armor description W.I.P.> Personality <W.I.P.> Occupation The Sin'dorei have suffered much, and among them are those corrupt with power - something which once tempted Jaritana, herself. The elves are not the only inhabitants of this world with evil intent lurking among them, but history has proven time and time again how a lack of self control leads to utter destruction. In order to keep her own magic under wraps, Jaritana has delve into a tradition of battle-magics: a combination of offensive magic and melee tactics designed to quickly dispatch an enemy. Spells are cast in quicker bursts in close proximity, at times channeled through the strike of her own double-sided bladestaff or other weapon of choice. Backstory If confronted about her past, specifically the one pertaining to her time as a High Elf, Jaritana tends to become overwhelmed with confusion or uncertainty. Yet despite suffering from partial amnesia, she's certain she once had a family consisting of a mother and father, as anyone would assume, but most notably a sister she interacted with in her more recent life. Attempting to remember anything beyond that has backlashed with a harsh spike of pain in her skull. While she has slowly regained parts of her memory, piece by piece, most of it still remains scattered across an unreachable expanse. Each piece, however, has slowly lead her closer to the truth. <And then whatever else I feel like including shall follow when I get to it, so pretty blank at the moment. Will spice up all the titles and whatnot after the information has been filled in.>
  5. I actually figured it out yesterday when playing around with the forums. Place your mouse over the image and CTRL+Right-Click and choose the option Edit Image. The numbers in the middle are the dimensions and reduced similarly to photo editing programs (if you ever used one).

    Y'ello

Was dragged here by a huge nerd that goes by "zach" on the forums and other places. Just thought I'd give this place a try when the server is up and running. I go by Gigglebox, Giggles, and other nicknames now (once you hear me in voice you'll know why). My first RP servers were Echeloned and Div-X so I have some experience with all-GM servers, but honestly I cannot even remember what I went by back then. No current character plans at the moment, though I might include a couple of my favorites. But ya! Excited to meet people I knew back then - I saw a few so far - and become familiar with the new.
