    I've run dry on all of my characters for the Headless Horseman mount.  AND I've only gotten the Horrific Hood on leather wearers, which means no transmog for that, either.  :/

     

    It is a sad Hallow's End this year, friends.

      • orcs on motorcycles - a raiding party but on motorbikes. They're cool.
