  1. So basically just took the kultiran civilian coats and made them shirtless. Really simple but effective customization option. You Wanna know the best part? Because of how WoW has made their armor, the shirted versions are still available. You can find them in Mogit. =D KI-ShirtlessKTCoats.zip
  2. So these files are UNOFFICIAL updates to two addons. The Epsilon NPC Forge, and MogIt. If you haven't caught on to that by this statement, then...I'm sorry. Epsilon NPC Forge: +Added all the available NPC races to the dropdown menu in the NPC Forge. MogIt -Commented out lines in MogIt that changed the npc race/gender to the selected preview combination. Basically I made [Epsilon NPC] -> [Equip NPC with Items] stop changing anything about race and gender. ----------Readme in the file---------- First and foremost, I offer absolutely no manufacturer warranties, rebates, promises, guarantees, refunds, reimbursements, psychiatric help, or otherwise anything. I only offer these files. The risk you undertake is yours and yours alone. If it does not work, I can not help you. WHAT IS IT: These are modified files that bring some very small measure of improvement to two addons many use daily. The Epsilon NPC Forge (part of the Epsilon Addon Suite) has been updated to include all races currently in the game. You're welcome. MogIt has been modified to stop updating npc race/gender upon equipping said npc with an outfit in MogIt. You're welcome. HOW TO INSTALL: Drag and drop the included folders into your _retail_/Interface/AddOns/ folder and overwrite the files. CHANGELOG: 0.0 - my face when realizing that I can just fix this myself. 0.1 - Modified Epsilon NPC Forge to include all available races in dropdown. Modified MogIt to STOP CHANGING THE FREAKING RACE AND GENDER WHEN EQUIPPING THEM WITH OUTFITS OMFG IF YOU DO IT ONE MORE TIME I'M GOING-....*ahem* sorry... EPSILON_MOGIT_UPDATE.zip
  3. I have an armor. I have a place to put said armor. I don't have the means to put said armor in said place. The armor in question was designed for 6.0, however I need it for the current 8.3 client. I've heard hex editing works but I'll be straight with you chief I'm not exactly the most clever individual. A guide or even instructions would be greatly appreciated so I can get this thing working.
  4. 21105 - Draenei "Broken" Morph. Very surprised this did not make it on your list.
  5. Why not just modify the spell files to make every spell have an icon? I believe Chase did something similar at one point in time. Good times, I was an asshole.
  6. Web-based tools would be more versatile down the line. In-game would be a good basic option, but for advanced users you can accomplish more on a webpage than you ever could with the limitations of the game. The stipulation would be that any NPC added via webtools would need to wait for a server restart to load the new NPC's, and you'll have to figure out a way to make the two work flawlessly, since you run the risk of any NPC's added in-game overwriting the NPC's added via webtools since they won't be registered immediately in the server memory.
  7. This will also allow me to spam my macro of dewm so I can hear and relive my glory days which have long since passed and such.
  8. For example, you can create a tool (or even command!) that would add an item to the database. Item would contain a dummy display but you could just transmog it with your favorite item. And if you no longer like the look but you want to keep the item, you can always just transmog it into something else. Simple.
  9. The easy way out for custom items is to just allow people to create them in the main database. Ever since Transmog has been out there has been untapped potential in how custom items are made. Trinkets, rings, and necklaces obviously are not eligible for this type of forge, as they have no true display and no transmog ability. However, with weapons and armor it's a very different story. Item Forge 2.0 would simplify the items creation process by making every custom, retail, and patch item eligible for transmog. This would allow two things. First, it removes the need to fetch id's based on a nondescript number. By taking advantage of the transmog system, you allow the ability to create an item based on an item you already have in your inventory. Second, it allows individuals to modify existing items without the need to recreate it with a new display. I don't know how far into modding you're considering. I know there are still a number of weapons and armor that need to be added from the game source files. I feel though that this is very feasible and not using something like this to our advantage would be a disservice.
  10. Currently it appears !account is prioritized over !announce, which alphabetically makes sense, but from the user standpoint it's just another key press for common chatter. With the broadcast channels being the centerpiece of server communications, I would ultimately suggest !announce be prioritized over !account and all other commands starting with a. I'd also like to object to the concept of !ooc replacing !announce because logic. Broadcast system is OOC by its very nature, but an !ooc command would be better as a secondary local chat command in my opinion.
  11. But...muh sand....
  12. Might not need to be a command. This theoretically could be done through tinkering with the items database. If not, hopefully custom items will be a thing
  13. Seven Hells was Malifecus. But yes, I rocked the teal judgement set for a bit and it was AWSUM
  14. Toilet box. And, maybe, if I'm feeling froggy and if it's still plausible, I think I have the spawn template for Ereban somewhere in the cloud. Not that it's on my priority list, but NOSTALGIA DAMMIT
