    Quel'Thalas

Phase update! Image in spoiler: Farstrider's Square is the now proud owner of the Knight's Respite, soldiers may take their well earned rest here and enjoy some delicious pastry. Feel free to stop by and try the wine with a side of cheese!
  2. Permanent emotes does not save through restarts currently. That includes if you use the p after the emote number or not. Either does not save the emote.

Guild Community Events This list may expand as more ideas come in, but here I have set some templates that may be used by both Event Makers and Denizens as they see fit. Bazaar forum: A member may call citizen of Silvermoon for a discussion at this congregation nest to discuss ideas or hold speeches. Discussion has an open floor with a moderator while speeches lets the speaker finish before the floor is either opened for opposition or ended once the speaker leaves the podium or decides to not take questions. Trial The Trial will start by letting the accuser and defender put forward their claims and evidence of their cases respectively, starting with the prosecutor. The accused may choose to defend himself, but if he has a defender he may not speak until both have put forth their cases. The Tribunal will then start their questioning, where each tribunal member may inquire about various details until such a time that all three are satisfied and ready to deliberate. (The Tribunal will be chosen by randomly selecting guild members from each order. The players will be asked before being put in a pool from which three of three different orders will be plucked. As mentioned, any member involved in the trial prior to it cannot sit on the tribunal.) Once the Tribunal is done they will adjourn and be taken to any of various secluded locations in Quel'Thalas to discuss the case in private. They will be in party with an officer to make sure they keep to the OOC rules, they may of course choose to whisper one another, but here I will put my faith to that the officers elected will succeed in their work. When the Tribunal has reached a verdict they will call the accused back to court and sentence or acquit this person. As aforementioned, if a stalemate is reached they can choose to drop charges and set him free. If the accused is sentenced he has the right to know why and the Tribunal must have seen to fit agree on why they are sentencing the person and why he/she receieves the punishment that is given. The War Room For military bodies or under the supervision of a ranking Blood Knight. This place is for discussing possible strategems or hostile situations that need dealing with in the world. It is also where one might talk of future battles or skirmishes that the person in question wish to engage in and what time table they want it to happen in. Adventures of the Reliquary The famous archelogical organization of Quel'Thalas is always kept busy exploring the world. Whether it is uncovering new artifacts or delving deeper into the lore of Azeroth depends entirely on you. Sparring Sessions Sparring sessions Silvermoon has its own training square and as such is able to equip both adept warriors as well as civilians with the skills to survive in this world. Players may engage each other or hold lectures for those that want to improve on their abilities. Tavern Nights A professional singer in town? Quizzes? Wine half-off? Here is where only your imagination may set the boundaries for your creativity. Lord Saltheriel's Haven is a perfect example of a night with fireworks, fine dining and good company, which may lift the most solemn spirit. Respective Order Missions Farstrider, Magister, Blood Knight related (WIP)

    Quel'Thalas

Quel'Thalas Some music? Since the high elves erected their capital in the northernmost lands of the Eastern Kingdom, their resolve has been tested for millenia by enemies from afar as well as on its doorstep. With the upheaval caused by several betrayals and unsteady support from various allies the people of the High Kingdom has found itself strained and split while looking for guidance from their leaders. The almost, utter destruction of the high home of the elves and the following the insidious betrayal by its last prince was close to putting an end to the thalassian realm as we know it. The Sin'dorei chose to pull through and put their faith in new leadership, battle-hardened and forged in the destruction that made them the very people they are now. With a truce finally being made between the super powers of the world, Quel'Thalas can set its mind to dealing with its sovereign affairs in peace. The lands of the former high elves still requires tending to for the supremity of the Sin'dorei to be restored. The kingdom will find itself lacking in some of its strongest regards, however, as the enemy of old has returned to Azeroth, intent to destroy all that life holds dear. With the joint command of Grand Magister Rommath and Lady Liadrin they have both taken batallions of elves to the Broken Shore in order to lay siege to the Legion's stronghold and there are even whispers of elves who survived the ancient cataclysm that tore the night elven empire asunder. Where you stand in this conflict is entirely up to you; though tested time and time again, the Sin'dorei rise from the ashes to meet whatever might challenge them, for the resolve of Silvermoon should not be challenged by those faint of heart. OOC -We aim to be a social hub for dedicated blood elf roleplayers who strive for lore-accurate characters with political loyalty to Quel'Thalas. We'll keep to the given lore, but allow RPG elements and interpretations of the lore so that we can have something to build on. - We favour debate, but not drama, we encourage discussions to be had so that people get a chance to voice their views, but will make sure that the factual lore stands as the foundation for our decisions. Constructive criticism above all, general negative behaviour and harassment will not be tolerated. - We, of course, value roleplay, but we do want our members to consider the lore with a certain amount of realism, this is to set a standard so people don't walk around with a dozen protective spells and can destroy enemies by the flick of their wrist without consequence. Ranks For the sake of avoiding IC and OOC positions to influence one another the guild will have OOC ranks entirely. Liaison Is currently held by the GM as an intermediary rank, this persons responsibility is to ensure that the guild functions and that the people of the guild communicate with one another. Chief complaints are taken with this person. Officer You are the police of the guild, maintaining order and making sure civil debate does not become drama. If members have issues they should be able to trust you with them. People will be under heavy scrutiny if they chose to opt for this rank, to ensure that this status is not abused. It is far more likely that you will be asked and offered to take this position, than players asking for and receiving it. Event Maker If a member aspire to become a DM then they will have to prove themselves by doing trial events for other players in the guild and show that they are worthy of controlling NPCs and the flow of narration. Event Maker is the only rank allowed to write and emote on behalf of NPCs, as they have proved they can handle the responsibility. Members should be able to turn to you when their creative spark is lacking. Denizen Whether you are a Magister, Farstrider or Blood knight you shall be welcome here. Commoners seeking to take their convoys south may find the help of rangers useful. But perhaps it is in the arcane ways of magic that you seek to unfold your destiny? I know for a fact that Fyra wishes to travel far and wide around the world to see the wonders of Azeroth (and all the phases on Epsilon that she will visit), and she will gladly welcome friends and protectors on her travels. All members who enter Quel'Thalas will gain this rank and can customize their personal note to add flavour to their in-game character. As with the other ranks you will be free to pursue your in-game characters roleplay as you desire, and your creative input will be the backbone of this guild. Member housing Silvermoon City, Quel'Danas as well as a base in Suramar will be spawned and fully outfitted for roleplay. Eversong Woods and Ghostlands will be future projects. Inside Silvermoon CIty I have chosen not to spawn any NPCs in the indoor shops which are left for players that wish to claim them as houses. You will have to have been with the guild for two weeks before you are eligible for gaining a house (this is also possible to accomodate outside of Silvermoon City) and you will be required to have maintained good activity with the guild. This is for our main phase, players are of course allowed to use their own phases if they wish to make their own houses. There will be places that are off limits, such as inns, banks, auction houses and places of certain importance, such as Sunfury Spire and Magisters' Terrace. It will be a case by case issue depending on what place the player wants. Officers will be allowed to grant houses, but only after consultating with the liaison. Tribunal System What I intend to do to make this guild unique is its own form of justice system. Should a player commit a crime they may be subject to arrest and a trial. The trial will be comprised of players, where three members of the orders of Quel'Thalas (Magisters, Farstrider and Blood Knight) will serve as judges. One will serve as the accused and may have a defender (lawyer) and one must serve as the prosecutor, which will be the person who makes the accusations. This is to allow player controlled expansion of the guild lore and show that there are consequences for heinous criminals in-game. Any player may accuse (ICLY) another, but they will be required to produce evidence or witnesses of the event and use it to convince a magister or farstrider (players) to raise the issue with the other orders. If one member of each order agrees that a crime has been made they are the ones tasked with bringing this criminal to trial and face justice. But if the person is acquitted of their crimes, the people who arrested him may be put on trial for corruption or treason, only if the accussed wishes to press charges. Once the arrest is made a tribunal will be formed. Three people of each order will be chosen (RNG - The people accusing or arresting the perpetrator will not be allowed to sit on the tribunal) to sit on the trial and hear the prosecutor as well as the defendants claim and then seclude themselves to discuss and vote on the matter. All three must agree on the verdict and if a stalemate is reached they may choose to simply drop the charges. This is to introduce an element where players in the guild are more in control of what transpires, but it will be done under the watchful eyes of the officers to avoid OOC-harassment and abusement of the system. If an officer suspects foul play and tampering that is not IC roleplay they have the power to void or simply find the player's character acquitted. If the officer is found to do this in order to favour his friends the liaison will terminate him immediately. If an officer is accused (ICLY) their power to void and acquit the scenario is revoked and if the officer is found guilty their character will suffer the punishment the Tribunal decides on. But the officer will be free to re-join the guild and keep their officer position on a new character if they end up dead. Death is the only punishment that is not allowed, unless the player agrees to it and they should be aware if death is a possible, e.g they have committed genocide. More about precedents and the proceedings of a trial will be put in events below. Recruitment Character name: Character race: Character profession: (Similar to class, but this is so you're not limited to put warrior or mage down and can be things such as diplomat or physician. Nobleman is not a profession) Character motivation/goals: Short character backstory: Your application can be sent via PM or in this topic, it entirely depends on if you want the response to be public or not. There are no restricted classes or roles, but if we get an abundance of something, say Spellbreakers or Nobles, I will be restricting those categories. You can be recruited ICLY if you want, we have an OOC rank for other kinds of testing if forum applications is not to your taste, contact Fyra in-game. Upon being accepted you will also be sent a link to our discord, I might put it in the topic later on, but it is not quite finished. Much of the guild is still a work in progress, including the phase, and so I will gladly welcome ideas, suggestions or other input. I will most likely revise this page several times over to fix errors and choice of words.
