  1. Name: - SLECHT HARDBREADRace: - DWARFProfession: - DEMOLITIONERDesired Class: - MARKSMAN Brief Character Backstory:- Born and raised in Ironforge among a family within the Mining Guild, Slecht is, rather naturally, very interested in minerals. Very, very interested in minerals - so much so that in his young teens, he constructed a device that sends out magical discharges, and catches the reflections of anything more solid than rock. Over the many years it's been improved upon, set to only being able to detect unprocessed ore and nothing else. He always carries it in outings. He is currently one of the top geologist students in the Ironforge Academy of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geology. To earn his major and a place in the Mining Guild Council, he has now been tasked with finding and starting a gold mine. He is, of course, after an entire twenty-something years being obsessed with minerals, not in it for the major, or the workless pay of a position in the council - he is in it for the gold. A mastiff trained to sniff out truffles and metal follows him around. His name is "Giddie". Brief Character Personality Synopsis:- If there is any one phrase to describe this man, it is "headstrong young man". He will not pass up an opportunity to use his knowledge in chemistry and physics in order to demolish his way around a trap, to clamber up something, or to confuse a crowd of pursuers. The thing is, though... he is still very much a greenhorn. The things he's learned so far are certainly enough for him to clear a way and find a place with many gold deposits, but definitely not enough for him to start a gold mine. A lot of knowledge, but next to no experience to pair it with. He likes to flaunt his knowledge where he can, though. There is a diligence in him, both during work and downtime, yet there is also a somewhat thinly-veiled superiority complex somewhere in there - demolition experts with education from the most elite school are few and far between, after all. And that means every saved life is a handful of gold owed to him for his services - a living being must have skill that is useful for it to be considered an important asset that he must protect from damage. Otherwise, he will cut his losses. Cutting losses, however, is called that for a reason - the loss of a useless life otherwise considered 'innocent' by the onlooker means a loss of reputation. Which means loss of customers, and then loss of money. Thus instruct the commandments of the Mining Guild. How much time can you commit to the campaign?- A lot of time, but I will probably have a roleplay on Fridays and a D&D session on Sundays. What time zone are you based in?- GMT+3 Are you comfortable with character death for this roleplay?- I want to see Slecht go out with a literal bang if it ever happens.
