I made a quickie texture edit to one of the orc skins, so it looks kind of like Saurfang (albeit, it is missing his nose ring) -- I still hope you enjoy the patch, though. You install it by creating a "character" folder in your main WoW directory (if you don't have one) and dropping the file called orc inside. The skin replaces a specific green skin for the orcs and one face texture, but that's about it, so it shouldn't impede most orc RPers.
