It would be possible and likely quite easy.

In the meantime, I would recommend using helmet from Elite Vindictive Gladiator pali.

It looks great when you combine it with shoulders (if you don't mind glowing circles) and gloves from said set.

The "hidden" display id for the entire recoloured gray judgement set is in the database. Or at least, was in the database. The easiest way to find it is to first find an NPC which rocks the entire set. Then, pray to the gods that we can make custom gear anytime soon.
