Player appearing notifications

I see 1 of 2 ways this can be handled.

1. If someone appears to you when you have app on, it displays a [Soandso] is appearing to your location notification through system or whatever it's called. Quite frankly it worries me how someone can abuse this to get dirt on other people as it's happened a plethora of times on other servers, not to mention the fact the people who do this take screens of people doing compromising things in order to fuck with them. (Quite a few people have posted screencaps of themselves doing this to others in the discord, mind you. It's at least a year or so old by now but I'm 100% sure it's still there.)

2. As .toggle appear stays on through login/logout if you don't turn it off yourself, maybe have a notification pop up that tells you it's on if it's on when you log onto the char, either that or just turn off it staying on through log out. Some people are forgetful, after all.

Could be done with an addon. I'll look at making one unless somebody else does first.

Or just keep it off most of the times.

IRL you also keep your doors closed and only open when you want ppl to enter.

It resets everytime you log in/out, Tyler's only asking just to add a notificaion.

It doesn't reset, it saves what you have it set to, either off/on, if you log out with it on and forget you have it on, it stays on the next time you get onto that character.

1. I have no idea what you're trying to say. Please rephrase.

2. Just turn it off. When you create a character, toggle summon and toggle appear are both defaulted to off. If you turn it on, it's your responsibility to turn it off.

Well, you know how, when you have appearing turned off, there is a message "[Player] could not appear to you because your appear is off. Turn it on with .toggle appear."

What he is asking for is either if there could be a similar notification for when someone appears at you. Something like "[Player] just appeared at your position." 

or (when you log in few notifications are sent to you "Welcome to Epsilon WoW! you have joined phase [Epsilon]") if it would be possible to add to this "players may/may not appear to you."

I think the first one should be doable, but I don't think it is necessary.

There **is** a notification for someone appearing or summoning you. There always was--if there isn't, make a bug report.
