Hurriedly, you rush to your computer, notebook, or Louis Vuitton Microwave, to turn on EpsilonWoW.

Oh yes. Now to think of something to roleplay.
Zandalari? Too overplayed. Sethrak? Well shit, sign me it.

Sethrak are a race of bipedal serpents hailing from Vol'dun, formerly a lush jungle, now an endless desertland. During the days of yore, both Sethrak and Zandalari lived in peace and devotion to a shared deity; Sethraliss. 16.000 years ago, when the war between trolls and Aqir started - Mythraxx, a mighty C'thraxx [Wow that rhymes] sought to slaughter both Trolls and Sethrak. The Serpent loa, Sethraliss, sacrificed herself to protect her adherents, though Mythraxx managed to destroy Atal'aman disc. In order to prevent the C'thraxx from being raised, the three keepers sealed the abomination in a great pyramid. After the Loa's death, Vol'dun's flora withered and turned into a sand biome. Literally.

As far as we know, the Sethrak have by far 2 affiliations - Faithless and Devoted.

Self explanetory, the Faithless are the baddies of Sethrak, turned away from Sethraliss, whereas the Devoted are a polar opposite of the Faithless.

-- Rule number 1 - Hiss. Hiss a lot.

-- Being able to become a Druid is HIGHLY unlikely with the Sethrak living in a dang desert.

-- As a Sethrak, you are naturally attuned to Lightning magic, as it is highly revered in Sethrak society.

-- Similar way to Trolls' Voodoo, Sethrak use Shadow magic, to curse their adversaries and gain benefits from their fallen loa by performing various rituals. 

-- With the Zandalari trolls being their neighbours, the Sethrak could've learned about Arcane. Thusly, RPing a Sethrak mage can be possible.

-- A boner-killer; Sethrak actually fight with glass weapons, mostly.

-- The Sethrak represent a race of highly mobile and mostly well-trained forces. One should never underestimate a snake walking on LEGS.
-- Yes, yes. Sethrak have venom and yes, they CAN use it.

- With the use of Lightning magic, they could potentially be Shamanistic as well.

 

Speculations:
- It is unknown whether the Sethrak can live as long as the Three Keepers. Considering the fact "Eternal Emperor" is Korthek's title, one could assume the Three Keepers were blessed by Sethraliss, in a similar way how Rezan blessed Rastakhan.
