forged npcs that got copied do not spawn

• Type of Bug: NPC forge type bug

• Description: after using ph forge npc copy command, the new entry doesn't spawn and responds with 'incorrect syntax' error

• Evidence (Chat message/Screenshot): 

• Steps to reproduce: copy npc via command -> try spawning it -> ignores the created id

• Expected result: copied npc gets spawned

• Observed result: copied npc doesnt get spawned. when done using forge npc list and clicking spawn then it offers to delete the npc

• Reproduction rate: all the time
