Cant run Epsilon Launcher

I have a problem installing the game. When I open the Epsilon app, I get a loading box called Epsilon
Updater. It opens and closes all the time and the luancher does not start

Make sure the folder that is containing the launcher is not read only. Try as well deleting all the .json files that were generated by the launcher.
