Textured elven buildings

Many night elves' ruins from Legion (temples, bridges, undamaged Nar'thalas academy) lack textures (when their damaged versions are properly textured). It would be very good if they'd receive colors; also they can receive recolors in other styles (like pristine or blood elven - it won't be weird because those wmos aren't ruined).
