Game launches then crashes

Got epsilon fully downloaded, launched it and put in my username and password, no problems there, then I chose the only realm available and it crashes, any ideas or help would be appreciated, also I have no idea what to tag this as, pic of crashing included

Could you confirm what the build of your WoW is? It should appear in the bottom left of the account login screen.

(8.3.0) 34971 is the build number, I have just joined the discord and will post about it there too
