Elevator Tiles

Would it be possible to create a series of tiles similar to lake and water tiles but for elevators? Or perhaps a command to convert a tile to an elevator (this seems much more difficult, but i don't know).

I guess more broadly speaking the command suggestion is if possible, WMO waypoints, if not possible simple executions on the concept.

Let me know what people think :)
