Classic Booty Bay bug

• Description: The Booty Bay object errors when you log out while you're near it in a phase and log back in.

• Steps to reproduce:

First Video: Done entirely in main phase, can log out and back in freely.

Second Video: Same thing, except I first enter the phase, then log out near Booty Bay, 
This causes the error to happen. re-entering the phase at a significant distance from Booty Bay however reloads it correctly.

• Expected result: Booty Bay

• Observed result: No Booty Bay :(

• Reproduction rate: Seems to happen every time under those specific circumstances
