Sharyn 0 Posted August 1, 2017 (edited) When doing the '.phase changeowner' command, the notification message "Congratulations! [Your own character's name] has made you the new owner of phase xxx" appears to yourself instead of the player you promoted. So they get no notification about their promotion to owner.
