NPC Combat, sort of

I was thinking if it's possible to add a way to edit the health of NPCs you create rather than have them all at 1 HP, along with having an option to make them hostile or not.

I dunno about just being at 1 hp, but I do like the idea of NPCs being able to fight. I've been setting up animals in my main area, and it would be fun if the wolves could actually try to take down boars and whatnot. Even allow players to actually hunt beasts. However, if memory serves, the spells in the game have been deliberately nullified to do no damage, so I don't think this would be too easy to pull off, but I could be wrong.
