Windows Cannot Access Specified Device, Path or File.

Hello, Im new to this server and I've been trying to download the new client, recently i've been met with this strange error. I've done everything from disabling my Windows Defender, Antivirus, modifying administrator and user permissions to have full access and restarting but to no avail. This is a new client and i've deleted my previous client because it's been having the same issue. Is there a fix?

I know you said you disabled your antivirus, but which antivirus DO you have?

Try adding an exception, for that folder and/or exe.

Hello Michael, I have Avast Antivirus (Freeware), Windows Defender and Malwarebytes on at the same time. (I know, super overkill there...)

Edit: I had to disable all my antivirus and malware crap just to install it since it was blocking it, even excluding it wouldn't force the executable to work. Thank you.
