Logging in to game server

Hi i enjoy playing on this server but now i'm stuck at the login screen i have tried uninstall it and reinstall it but didn't work try to take away few files i though it made the problem but that didnt change anything tried to restart my pc few times but didnt work so is it a way to fix this?

If you're on windows, please open your command prompt and type: "tracert play.epsilonwow.net" (without quotes of course)
Post the output for that.

I don't have Command prompt is there any other way to fix it?

if you're on Mac go into your network options. should be a trace tab, or try resetting your router. if resetting doesn't work it's a problem on your ISP's end

Then you have command prompt. In the windows search bar type in "cmd.exe" and it'll show up, then do that command they told you above in it and then put the output here. It may take a few moments to run.

Your trace is getting to the server - but you're still getting stuck at "Logging in to game server" ?

Are you using the correct .exe and have our tc_bundle.txt inside your wow folder (and config.wtf is set to epsilon)? The logo in the top left there is the legion logo but if you were connecting with our proper client, you should see an Epsilon Logo there instead. Also make sure to delete the ".build.info" file from your client so that it downloads our server files.

I been looking but still getting stuck

Another bug is my rogue orc Kasa is teleport to a map that dosin't exist and when i enter to her i get kicked out from the server with error popup and i really don't wanna delete her even on select character screen it say location nothing please help

The loading screen is a picture of a creepy forest i tried to take screenshot but keep failing

Use ".summon Kasa" on another character in a good location.
