What would be the most realistic way by Warcraft standards to rp a 'speedster' character?

[What would be the most realistic way by Warcraft standards to rp a 'speedster' character?]

Rewatched the 2020 Mortal Kombat movie, and i liked Kabal's portrayal in it to where i was inspired to make a similar character. Would anyone have any advice/pointers on how to realistically rp a Warcraft 'speedster' as it were, or are speedsters too unrealistic for WC?
