    Having the same issue.  I did allow the launcher to bypass my firewall and still nada.

     

    EDIT: Updater finally started to work, but it was very slow.  It looks like I'm able to get into the game now.

    Some steps I took in addition to allowing the exe through the firewall:

    1) delted json files and cache

    2) made folder not "read only"

    3) restarted the launcher several times after each step
