[Doodads won't Phase Shift in Whispering Forest]

Okay, very strangely: teleporting to the Quel'thalas flatlands and flying back seemed to fix it? I have no idea what happened there, but perhaps I was on the wrong map somehow. Maybe it had something to do with the Tirisfal teleport location.

Additionally: when I attempt to use .world adt tex to find the textures of the area, it returns that no textures were found.

I am unable to phase shift doodads in the Whispering Forest. I have tried disabling doodads in the ADT and every ADT near it, but nothing seems to work. No doodads disappear whatsoever when I use the commands. Shifting the zone removes doodads in other parts of the zone, but not in the Whispering Forest.

Oddly it also appears that Silverpine Forest's doodads aren't shifting when I try to remove them, just for testing purposes.
