.gob spell repeat

The ability for a gob to repeat a spell where it normally would not with the .gob spell command. This would be very useful for recasting temporary spells that you might want a gob to repeat, such as temporary color effects or fade in/out spells.

- The ability for NPCs to trigger teleporters. This could be very handy for simulating spell effect on false teleport points since waypoints are limited to one spell.

- The ability to assign more than one spell effect to a teleporter, with a command like .gob tele setspell 1,2,3,4 etc.
