Arcanum Feature: Use TRP:E Item

Something I always found annoying is that there's no quick button to open TRP bags or way to drag such items to our hotbars, so what if we had a spell we could assign to a button that has a "Use TRP:E Item" function? It would also allow for a bunch of different things including these and it definitely would be a neat addition for all I'm sure! Sincerely, Setuaro :]
