So in the launcher, the "patches" button appears grey (as well as the one "options") so I cant install or activate any patches because I can't enable them! In my other pc, this works perfectly, but here it doesnt, I uninstalled and installed again and it wont be fixed! Help with this. Also, inside game for some reason, on the Epsilon icon, the "NPC forge" tab doesnt show.
