GOb Tele Delay for Gossip Menu Teleporters

Basically at the moment, Gob Tele delay on Gossip Menu teleporters only add a delay in opening the Gossip Menu, not when you click on a destination in said menu. I think there should be an additional option for Gossip Delay (".go tele gossipdelay") that would cause a delay between when you click on the destination and when it actually teleports you, to allow for spells cast or such to trigger first.
