Command List to In-game book!

Hello there, Epsilon! I'm Stitches, and I've taken a bit of my time out to make a list of commands from Epsilon WoW, since I've heard a lot of chatter about people being confused, and not understanding how some of the commands work. I've made multiple characters and gone through most of the commands now to test and see their purpose.

I've posted this in the #roleplay-announce section of the Epsilon Discord, however, I recommended it to Azarchius himself, and he proposed that I should make it into an actual in-game book. However, I don't know how to do that, as I've never been proposed something like that before.

I'm in need of someone who can assist me with the basics of understanding how to make in-game books, how to make them look proper and all, and I think I could possibly handle the rest. Any and all help would be very much appreciated! This will be for the future of Epsilon, and helping people familiarize the commands so that it flows together fluently and efficiently.
