Add another Weather effect!

I love all that there is but one thing irks me.

If you teleport to the BFA version of Warsong gulch, there are abiant wisps, tiny, that flya round like the sparkle weather effects. They are not an object. It would be amazing if these could be added to the weather effects list =] They appear to use the Legion wisp model for the zooms. As they are not an object, I figured they could be some sort of weather
