Deleting deleted characters

So, yeah. I have a LOT of deleted characters that i really don't need in my list and they make the "useful character" research difficult. If we can by any chance delete the deleted characters permanently it will be awesome.

Ditto. I have several NPCs that have seemed to have created themselves. My NPC list went from NPC 5 to NPC 20. I can bring them into the NPC Forge, but can only change their names. I can't outfit them through MOGIT, add waypoints, emotes or even make them sit. So I want to just delete them. Thanks.
