shortcut additions: blueprint lookups

not asking for .lo public or .lo pub as 'public' is a vague word to use for blueprints (that are public)

In Shadowlands update, there will be a new 'command alias' system that lets you create aliases - or shortcuts - for commands yourself, which will allow you to do just this on your own.
