Can't join, "Connecting"

So i've been sitting here for about ten minutes waiting for this to "connect", but nothing has happened. What do i do?

You have not done one of the following:

A) Set up Config.WTF to point to our server

B) Use our Epsilon exe

C) Extract tc_bundle.txt into your root wow directory

I got the exact same problem and i got all three things checked. Even redownloaded the tc_bundle.txt and keeps stuck on connecting before kicking me into 'You were disconnected'

Have you been able to connect before? Could you open a CMD prompt and type "ping play.epsilonwow.net" for me?

Yes, I have connected to it before.

Reset your IP. Your IP has been blacklisted by our ISP because you are a spambot, i.e. you have trojan(s). Install a real anti-virus while you're at it.

Done. both of them. Still getting the same error.

 

Edit: I found out that since my internet is on a modem with multiple people before going to my router. It could be possible this is the reason it got blacklisted (IP is shared i guess?). So i think they got a trojan (Scanned my PC with Antivirus. It's spark clean) and the IP got checked. But i can't change this problem untill i move again. But thanks anyway
