Turns out it was emote splitter. Apologies.

• Type of Bug: Chat • Description: Whenever I start sending/sent a message, there's a little bit of text on the lower-left hand side of the screen, saying 'Sending...' then <Chat failed!> appears right as it disappears. It only doesn't send messages/commands that comes after my first one. Ex. 1. I type .cheat barber. 2. Sending appears. 3. I type anything else (.cheat barber again, for example.) 4. Nothing happens. 5. <Chat failed!> • Evidence (Chat message/Screenshot): Sending Chat failed • Steps to reproduce: 1. Type anything. 2. Look at where it's saying Sending 3. Type something else 4. Usually, nothing happens. 5. < Chat failed!> 6. Repeat. • Expected result: Messages working seamlessly. • Observed result: Messages skip. One command works, the other one doesn't. • Reproduction rate: 10/10. • Additional information: I use the addon 'ChatBubbles'. I disabled it to see if it'd work without and the same thing happens.
