Be it the beauty of the land or her creatures that provide." - Harumn Thundertotem Name: Harumn Thundertotem Gender: Male Race: Tauren Age: Ninety-six Eye color: Light-green Height: 8'10" Nickname: Old Bull. Diet: Fish, meat. Titles: Watcher of the Plains, Druid of the Wilds. Occupations: Druid Teacher, Herbalist. Affiliations: The Cenarion Circle, Bloodhoof Tribe. Professions: Artisan Cook, First Aid, Journeyman Enchantment. Residence: The Elder Rise, Thunder Bluff - Mulgore. Relatives: Magena - Wife (deceased), Knotnon - Son (deceased), Meda - Daughter (deceased), Kuruk - Son (alive). Companions: Brontus (Kodo mount, deceased). Brutusk (Kodo mount, alive). Glimfeather (Owl, alive). Appearance: As an old Tauren, Harumn's facial area show a clear sign of his elderly state, he has small bags under his eyes, small scratches across both sides of his face and what looks like cracks on his forehead. He retains two medium-sized horns, the left one is baring a shiny golden adornment, marked with the Cenarion Circle symbol. The horn themselves are coloured black, showing a unique array of cracks and scratches. One important thing to note, he appears to have completely lost his right eye from combat, however, it was replaced with a bright green gem, slotted inside as a replacement. Harumn has two long braids of facial hair, wrapped in golden colored leather strips, not to mention a golden ring can be seen placed within his snout as it often dangles as he moves around and has a little bit of hair upon the chin. Wearing a well-crafted tunic, consisting of small bones and leather straps. Attached to the top of the tunic is an eagle skull, though if one were to inspect this item, they'd discover it to be fake, same applies to the eagle skull upon his waistband, along with an old kodo horn. He wears large gloves, showing various symbols of druidism. Mark of the bear and the cat. The most eye catcher is the massive shoulderpads, decorated with feathers, trinkets, small dangling dreamcatchers and small green orbs attached to the bottom parts of the shoulderpads. The rest is made out of solid bark, beautifully crafted and shaped to represent the great eagles of Azeroth. Harumn's bear form appears colored in white fur, just like his true form. Attached all over his kneecaps are unique markings and special trinkets, red strappings around his neck and bear legs and three dashes of red paint across his snout and legs, with a small streak of yellow down the center of his snout. When it comes to his flight form, it takes the form of a white eagle, however this one stands out from your average avian. He has two small horns poking out the side of the head, including a red stripe paint mark on the beak tip, followed by various green and red stripes and druid symbols across the backside. Primarily used for striking unsuspecting foes and agility, this form is fitted with two tattoo paintings on his shoulders, two small braids underneath his mane and a tiny golden ring on his nose. The rest of his fur is colored white, just like the bear and his true form. Personality: Having a great love for nature since birth, Harumnn protects the wilds at any cost when it needs him. He is always willing to lend a hand to those in need, putting others before his own needs, but above all else, he never judges those at first glance, only judging them by their actions that he witnesses with his own eyes and moving forward. He is very caring, regardless of race he encounters in his travels. Patient - Harumn is a very patient individual, having connected himself proudly to the wilds and teachings of Hamuul Runetotem. The old Tauren listens in well on conversations and only inputs with soft words with a mixture of wisdom. The only time he may be struggling with patience is when the very threat of his people are at risk, or the nature itself becomes critically endangered. This is most likely a cause of fear, but other then that, he is rarely seen to be impatient. Forgiving - Harumn is very forgiving of people, believing many aren't beyond redemption and can be guided back onto the right path in life. However, he also understands the concept that not every single soul can be redeemed and can only find their sense of redemption through death, believing it to be more of an act of mercy. Nomadic - Being a Druid, he enjoys spending the majority of his time in the wilderness, be it the plains of Mulgore or the beautiful mountains of Mount Hyjal, the outdoors are his home, no matter where he goes. History: - Harumn was born long before the First War. Though there isn't much in regards to his childhood, he mostly spent the majority of his youth learning how to hunt and connect more with the Earthmother. Undergoing various rites of passage, such as the Rite of Vision, including the great hunt as it was tradition of the Tauren people. At some point during his life, he found his beloved soulmate and would eventually have two sons and a daughter, which he named them both: Knoton, Kuruk and Meda. -At somepoint during his time, he found and formed a special bond with a young Kodo calf, which he named Brontus. - Decades later, they followed Cairne Bloodhoof and the Taurens during their march across Kalimdor and was present during the founding of Mulgore and the Horde. -Prior to becoming a Druid, Harumn stuck to hunting and fishing, wielding nothing more but two one-handed axes. He did his best to keep the tribe well-fed, but had difficulties due to the Centuar situation before Thrall came along. Despite this, Harumn maintained his respects for the Earth Mother and the surrounding nature, only taking what was necessary to keep the tribe fed. -Later down the line, Harumn was taught under Hamuul Runetotem the ways of Druidism and through great dedication and practice, he became a Druid of the Cenarion Circle. He would watch from the sidelines and offered to help ensure that Druidism excelled among the united Tauren Tribes. When the time was right, Harumn would go on to teach his daughter the ways of Druidism and soon enough, she became highly trained in the arts of restoration. When the time came for those to head off towards Northrend to combat the Lich King, Kuruk stayed behind in Thunderbluff, bidding his family farewell and a safe return, continuing to perform studies into Druidism. -Assisted in the war efforts against the Lich King, taking more of a backseat role as he tended to the wounded Horde soldiers. When the Horde joined forces with the Alliance at the Wrathgate, Harumn stayed behind, while his wife, son and daughter joined the rest of them. During the ensuing chaos below, Harumn watched as both factions cut down the Lich King's forces piece by piece. He was utterly devastated at the loss of hundreds of soldiers when the Forsaken unleashed the plague on both parties, as well as the Scourge. He looked around as the plague gas started to spread across the field, calling out for his family, yet his old eyes would be met with horror. Knoton had fallen to the plague, followed by Meda. His wife had almost made it out, yet the gas had engulfed her and she suffered a very agonizing death. Such a tragedy caused the old Tauren great pain and one that would forever scar him in his memories. Once the campaign against the Lich King had ended, Harumn laid his family to rest at Bloodhoof Village, performing their last rites and setting their bodies aflame, letting their spirits drift onward and embrace the Earth Mother. -When the world was shaken up by the Cataclysm, Harumn participated in the defense of Mount Hyjal from the raging forces of Ragnaros, he was not present during any other major battles during the Cataclysm era. He was angered by the death of Cairne Bloodhoof and aided in retaking Thunder Bluff back from Magatha Grimtotem. -Being heavily aligned with the Horde, Harumn joined the rebellion against Garrosh Hellscream, though he remained outside the front gates while everyone else headed inwards to deal with the Warchief's loyalists. -Participated in the war against the Burning Legion's third invasion, he was heavily saddened by the Dreamer's death and even more so that the Emerald Dream had become so engulfed in the Nightmare, yet he understood that he was just a single Druid and he couldn't even hope to cleanse it alone. He tended to matters that were in his grasp within Val'sharah, fighting off Satyrs and defending areas where the Nightmare sought to corrupt. During one of his assignments, he heard a great rumble in the sky and he slowly gazed upwards only to be met with complete horror as Argus itself appeared in the sky. Despite seeing Argus appear in the sky, Harumn did not journey towards the planet and instead stayed behind to keep Azeroth protected from the demonic presence that still lingered around Azeroth and when Sargeras appeared and impaled the world with his mighty blade, there was only a feeling of fear as he could feel nature panic all around him. -Shortly after the conclusion of the Burning Legion, Harumn took Brontus to Desolace, towards the Kodo Graveyard and allowed his beloved companion to pass into the afterlife. Though Harumn was saddened by the loss of his dear friend, he was happy knowing that he had a great life beside him. He took Brontus' horn as a reminder of the beast's loyalty and bravery throughout their travels. -Harumn once assisted an elf by the name of Kai Lancer, overseeing the production of Ironshore's garden and ensuring that life was able to bloom around the area. -Months following Brontus' passing, Harumn acquired another Kodo to aid in his travels, which he named Brutusk. -During the War of the Thorns, Harumn reluctantly assisted reluctantly assisted in the war effort, as he could not turn his gaze away from the Horde. When Teldrassil burned, the elder Tauren could only watch in horror and dismay. Shocked at what had occurred. Deep down, he held a great deal of regret and guilt for what happened to the Kaldorei. Characteristics: -Harumn only drinks fresh water and tea, he never tasted a single drop of alcohol, nor even coffee for that matter. -He has quite the herb collection in his home, though he is only starting his skills in alchemy. -Harumn believes that when his time comes, the Earthmother will welcome him warmly and he will be reunited with his family once more. -Has a heavy distaste for milk. -Is skilled with one-handed axes, prefers wielding his staff however. -Being in the presence of the plague causes him to have flashbacks to the Wrathgate, a memory that he dearly wishes to keep out. -He enjoys playing card games in his spare time, not to mention striking up potential conversations. Allegiances: The Horde - Despite being a member of the Cenarion Circle, Harumn shares his allegiance with the Horde, promising to stand beside them when they are in need of aid. Yet make no mistake, he remains partially neutral when confronting a non-member of the Horde, but during war times, he must maintain his loyalty towards the Horde as it would be deemed dishonorable otherwise. Kaldorei - Being part of the Cenarion Circle, Harumn has encountered the Kaldorei and get along swell with them, as part of a neutral organization. He understands their beliefs and religions, yet he never sought to intrude them with his own beliefs as Taurens, Trolls, Worgen, Night elves maintained a peaceful connection within the Circle. Tauren - Having journeyed across the Barrens, following the great chieftain Cairne Bloodhoof, Harumn will always aid his people when they are in danger. He has utmost faith in Cairne's son, Baine, that he will lead the Tauren people into a bright and prosperous future and will gladly stand beside the young chieftain should Mulgore ever come under threat. Orcs/Trolls- Were it not for the Orcs and Trolls, the Tauren would've most likely been wiped out by the rampaging Centuar. As such, Harumn holds a great debt and respect for the Orcs and the Trolls. Always shows his utmost when meeting one, even if they were not present in assisting them. Other races - Harumn has great respect for the other races of Azeroth, respecting their way of life and religion. Though, the only race he might have a slight problem with are the Goblins. While he minds them, he finds their greedy attitude annoying at times, yet he does not blame the entire race as a whole and only judges those that uphold such an attitude. Disloyalties: Death Knights and Warlocks - When it comes to Death Knights, Harumn finds them creatures that seek nothing but the death of all things, threatening nature itself. Should he ever witness one raise the dead of a Tauren, he would deem it such a dishonorable act and would be unable to forgive the individual for such a vile crime against nature. Warlocks on the other hand dabble in the art of Fel and Shadow, while he does not consider shadow to be evil, rather he considers it to be part of the natural cycle. Fel magic is something he cannot abide and will not hesitant to put up arms against a Warlock should they threaten his people or nature.

Name: Fyldaron Wildbloom Title: Druid of Thorns Gender: Male Race: Kaldorei Age: Ancient Birthplace: Unnamed village in Suramar region Affiliation: None Former affiliations: Kaldorei rebellion, Cenarion Circle Relatives: Unknown Status: Active Far beyond the border of Suramar city, beyond even the groves surrounding it once stood a small village. Its citizens were common folk, not basking in the direct energies of the Nightwell. Woodcutters, farmers, simple craftsmen, all those unseen lowly people whose hard work allowed the gorgeous city to prosper. Heartbloom family was one of those. They were simple farmers, growing crops so that nobles of the city could fill their stomachs. But it was a good life for the most part. Young Fyldaron was enjoying this life. Helping his parents from time to time and playing with the other children in the village. They were looking up to him because he always had the best ideas for games and never failed to come up with something to do. Either that or they just marvelled at his amber eyes. Adults were telling him that he had a great destiny, but he didn’t pay much attention to them back then. But as years went on Fyldaron began to want a bit more from his life. During the celebration, he often sneaked away and run all the way to the city. It was astonishing. All the colours and riches and all kinds of fancy things. But life was not all fuzzy and easy. Bad harvest came at times and woods were filled with dangerous beasts. He learned how to fight from his father. They were no soldiers, but they could fend for themselves. However, it was not just beasts hiding behind the curtain of the forest. There, deep under the cover of trees, lived trolls. From a fair distance, Fyldaron observed their dark, yet fascinating rituals. He knew something like this was forbidden, yet still, it piqued his interest. Then one day the fire came. These days the man carried himself high. His groomed face and hair combined with his posture easily evoking a sense of nobility. But all that is just an elaborate ruse brought to near perfection over the ages he lived. Perhaps it was a habit which allowed him to slip into the white cities of old, even if for just a bit. His true home, however, always lied away from those shining walls, deep in the shadowy grows. A long time has passed since the great war and many things have changed. Gone were the days of grand cities, gone were the days of magic. Instead, the order of piety and druidism came, the age of common folk. Fyldaron was always close to nature and this new way of life was like made for him. There, in the circles, he was taught how to listen to nature and how to make nature listen to him. He learned to speak with animals and trees. This opened a new realm of possibilities for him, a whole new world to explore. This new kind of magic was quite different than the one used by highborne, it was more primal; it reminded him a little about the troll rituals he watched as a child. Perhaps if he tried in investigate secrete a little, he could find out something interesting. Life went by and seasons past. Roses bloomed, withered and died. What was the point of life and where was nature heading? Not even the ancients had an answer for those questions. But even in darker times, Fylandor knew peace. He separates himself from the traditional circles, for his ideas were far too different from theirs. Many forgot him, perhaps even he himself. Name and family lost in memory. In solace of deep forests, he discovered the nature in his own way. It was the smallest creatures, bugs, spiders and insects who piqued his interest, they became his tiny friends, companions on his journeys through dark places. The leaf’s purpose is not just to fall. Once it lands on the ground it decays into humus and from that soil, a new life will rise. Life and death are not opposite to each other, they are part of the same cycle. That’s what he came to believe. And he made it his task to protect this cycle. Not just safeguard life, but also bring death. Many could view those ideas as twisted, but is it really so? But life goes on and death is always there. "Death is the only certainty of life."
  3. Currently myself, along with a few others, have been working on a druid-themed phase for an upcoming guild. The whole focus is a group comprised of druids and creatures of nature (furbolgs, ancients, dryads, etc.) seeking to defeat forces of corruption; like the Burning Legion and the Nightmare, along with defending the lands of Azeroth itself. The storyline of the guild will start at the beginning of Legion and move forward from there. Due to the W.I.P. status of the guild we are looking for individuals who wish to join and be apart of this project, should you wish to join feel free to contact me via Discord at Rampage#8328 or our current officer Raising Cain#9903.
