Losing character perms after delete of an alt

Heya! 

Popping in to report a bug. (Possible bug?)

If you have a character who has permissions in a phase, and then you create a new character, take that character to that phase (might be an unneeded step to reproduce this, I didn't check), log out, delete that character, and then get back on your original one, you lose all permissions in that phase. 

I have a video I made as a visual below. 
And, of course, this is probably totally unneeded given you lot likely know who I am, but you can ping me on Discord, and I'll answer any other questions or help bug test if needed!

We're aware of this bug! Sadly happened with some phase refactoring regarding permissions. It's on the agenda, just not immediately. Sorry!
