cindy 2 Posted February 4, 2022 When scaling a forged NPC, you can use .phase forge npc scale <scale> to adjust the NPC height of that NPC's entire template, making all NPCs of that ID spawn that way. But should you want to scale just one instance of that NPC, you can use .npc set scale <scale> to only scale the one you have specifically targeted- a command that also works on retail World of Warcraft NPCs. When forging custom NPCs, there exists the command: .phase forge npc faction <faction ID> to manually set the faction of your custom, forged NPC. This edits the entire template, like the first scale command. However, there does not exist an .npc variant of this command, and as such, there is no way to change the faction of an individual NPC, or for that matter, retail World of Warcraft NPCs. While a rather minor command, this would be extremely helpful in some cases (such as my own) where you need to have NPCs appear red to one faction and green to another, as retail NPCs will default to friendly for both player factions.
