New GObject Commands (Clickable & Rename)

In short, my idea would be to allow toggling of if an object is clickable by changing how objects load in recieve that setting, instead of getting it from their 'template' of what the object is, getting it from a new column in the spawned object's DB entry. Then, a command ".go toggle clickable" or ".go toggle interaction" or something can switch it on or off - thus you can make doors, chairs, tables, ect, able to be clicked or not clicked depending on how you want. Initial spawn would just take the data from the default object as it does now, but then you can turn it on or off.

Similar implementation for ".,go rename" or ".go set name" or such to allow renaming objects, thus no longer needing some kind of "sign forge" or even needing to create new objects entirely for just a different name.
