Edit: I had to disable all my antivirus and malware crap just to install it since it was blocking it, even excluding it wouldn't force the executable to work. Thank you.

Hello, Im new to this server and I've been trying to download the new client, recently i've been met with this strange error. I've done everything from disabling my Windows Defender, Antivirus, modifying administrator and user permissions to have full access and restarting but to no avail. This is a new client and i've deleted my previous client because it's been having the same issue. Is there a fix? Thank you kindly!
