Is trying to play a pandaren broken for anyone else?

To put it simply if I try and pick a pandaren the game won't let me create the character (It just errors. Also I don't think it's a case of just the create screen is bugged because I made a gnome just fine.) don't know if this is just my end or if it is simply broken at current time.

I'm having trouble in making a male pandaren. Haven't attempted to make a female one, however. Everytime I try to make a male one, I get "Error Creating Character" message.

Female Pandarens work, I did one on the first day, I have seen males as well, but I will look into it tomorrow, you could report it, unless it's your client issue.

This is a weird bug I cant figure out until azarchius checks it out. The DBC looks perfectly fine, I'm not sure why its erroring.
