The Warchief’s Call!

 

The drum beat of war has quelled. The Iron Horde has been defeated and the Burning Legion foiled. Yet there is still need of veteran help in far fields! The growing influence of the Wildhammer Dwarves within the Hinterlands has driven both the Witherbark and Vilebranch Tribes to desperate measures.

 

 

Warchief Vol’jin desires that we provide them an answer to their pleas within the Horde. The Siame-Quashi will provide. 

 

 

A party of skilled Horde bodyguards are required for Elder Torntusk's diplomatic revenue who have been invited to the tribes-meet within the Vilebranch stronghold of Jintha’Alor. Travel and lodging will be given to those willing to undertake this task on behalf of the Warchief.

Aspiring applicants must report to the zeppelin tower of Durotar for transport to Jintha’Alor.

 

 

Event Details

 

This event chain will occur between Warlords of Draenor and Legion expansions. This is because this event chain needs a time space to explore other factions and races than just the Horde, Alliance and the inhabitants of the Broken Isles. The lack of a central apocalyptic enemy such as the Iron Horde or the Burning Legion means that this trip to the Hinterlands could be nostalgic and somewhat refreshing in terms of the enemies and the location.

 

 

This is the first of many events, but I would like to keep the list of participants short and close-knitted. This is so we can all develop in reaction to the events and create some shared character backgrounds.

 

This event does not have a scheduled time yet, so I am accepting application PMs on the forums, in game (through ‘Lazarul’) and on Discord (ask about it in the Epsilon Discord). If you can’t be bothered for any of this, simply wait for the advertisement in game when the event starts.

 

 

To apply to be a key character in this event chain, please PM me with details of your character, their position within the Horde, their expertise (whether in magic, strength, stealth, diplomacy, etc.) and why they wish to participate.

 

 

As a final note, this is a Horde event centered around forest trolls and developments that would not happen in the World of Warcraft canon. However, the event will still follow all canonical rules of World of Warcraft including exclusion of the RPG and reliance on existing knowledge of magic, etc.
