Tabard bug after using ".cheat tabard"

What is going on : Whenever someone uses ".cheat tabard", changes or not, the default tabard from the preview will remain stuck on the character for an unknown given time. 

It is seen through some players and changing the tabard with another may not work 100%

 

Pictures below show the Lvl 3 tabard before the ".cheat tabard" and after, while attempting to change it multiple times.

There's nothing we can do about this I'm afraid. When not near an appropriate NPC when closing the prompt, it fails to inform the client to remove the tabard.
