Your World of Warcraft installation is damaged.
  1. Delete the CascRepair file in the Data/data folder.
  • If your installation was not actually damaged you will be able to log in.
Stuck on Connecting / Disconnected from Server
  1. Make sure the Config.wtf inside the WTF folder has the line: SET portal "play.epsilonwow.net"
  2. Make sure your installation has the tc_bundle.txt file found in the tc_bundle.zip file located on the How to Connect page.
  3. Make sure you are using our Epsilon executables located on the How to Connect page.
  4. Make sure you are logging in with: username@epsilonwow.net
We couldn't log you in with what you just entered.
  1. Make sure you are entering the correct password. Passwords are case sensitive.
  2. Make sure you are logging in with: username@epsilonwow.net
  3. Make sure you have waited enough time for your account to validate. If it has been more than 30 minutes since registration, contact @Azarchius
