Mithaniel 66 Posted November 7, 2017 So I'm just going to make this quick: If you guys are going to look for new staff/help, make it less about "send in a private application" without the community knowing that you're open for apps and more about private-ish applications that the entire community knows is open. They can have the section open when staff is needed or closed when there isn’t any need for new ones. We handpick them whenever we need some new GMs. The staff are supposed to be in the back scene and making some grandiose application phase is unnecessary; we have no wishes to make it a coveted position, which is what applications will lend great credit to.
