Cross-Faction, Cross-Class Armor Wearing

Some sort of gm command would be nice to bypass the race and class restriction for armor. I want my warrior to be decked out in the floppy dead demon wing armor with some hunter item skulls, no other way a demon slaying orc warrior should be. There's also just a lot of cool 7.2 items that would be neat to mix and match together. Not sure if this is already being worked on.

Might not need to be a command. This theoretically could be done through tinkering with the items database. If not, hopefully custom items will be a thing

Restrictions will all be dealt with, just a matter of time. Custom items are coming as well, one way or another.
