    war_of_the_satyr.png

700 years after the Great Sundering, the end of one of the most powerful empires and dynasties Kalimdor had ever seen, and yet the scars of war fester untended - where once mighty native tribes ruled and lived in peace, wicked tribes of the fel-touched Satyr have sprouted across all of Ashenvale, with the intent to bring their dark god to this world as had attempted the traitor queen near millennia prior. These scattered cults and factions lead (supposedly) by a secretive order known as the Sargerite Oath have been plaguing far reaches of Ashenvale, and even now the sentinels report that large warbands of Satyr accompanied by demons and corrupted versions of the natives of the great forest have breached the wards that once surrounded Hyjal, with unique tribes of these savage demon worshipers seen all the way to Winterspring. While Shan’do Stormrage fights the great enemy in the Dream, we, the arrow, the claw, the talon, must fight them in our woods where we once considered sacred, we must win, or we may see the second coming of the end. The Long Vigil has begun.

    Synopsis

This RP is a set-in-the-past reenactment of a relatively obscure event in Warcraft history - the War of the Satyr - however despite the name I don’t intend to make it entirely focused on combat, and there’ll be events tied to the post-Highborne exile, and other topics relevant to this period of Night Elf history. My goal is to ultimately create an interesting and almost mythological experience for those looking to see the Kaldorei perhaps at their darkest hour in the further past. Where the War of the Ancients was a conflict to birth one of the most noble civilizations seen in modern Azeroth - the War of the Satyr brought out the worst in them, as conflict in the Sisterhood, the Sentinels and the various orders of Druids nearly tore the faction the rebellion created with blood and tears apart.

This will most likely be event based, with little building/work done on the outside of that as I am uncertain as how I’d be able to create a casual experience with the setting presented.

    Welcome to Epsilon, Varonno!

The easiest way to become involved in the community is to join our Discord if you haven't already (there is a link on the main web page). The #roleplay-ads channel has the most active phases listed, and you can usually find people willing to set something up with you there, in #general, or in the start zone in-game.

Best of luck on the server! If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to ask. (:

  3. hey so he did finish some of the shields

do note that any of those fancy swords break about 2/3 of the textures on swords he didn't change

    there's also a gun

  4. Basically as it is; several features I'd like to see available through the UCP for ease of accessibility instead of having to log on and off characters with the currently prolonged loading times.

    Character List

As it says on the tin, a tab that displays your full list of characters along with the phase that character owns, and if they are a guild owner or not (I'm unsure of how buggy guilds are since my only experience is 3.3 trinity but if you could also add the name of the guild that'd be great)

    Forge/Armory

Both buttons are still there, from my understanding the website forge is no longer intended at all so I'd suggest just removing the buttons entirely.

    Re customization/Faction change flagging

Instead of being attached to the Character List tab, I'd feel this'd be better to avoid any accidental flaggings. This is purely a feature to allow people to change up their characters without needing the GM to flag their char, along with class and race.

  5. Silithus Finale 01/03/2018

Thunderstorms and floods had ravaged Silithus, as the freak weather patterns and grim black clouds swarmed the skies. Two adventurers set off to Southwind Village to investigate the elven ruin, finding an ogre rummaging through and whispering things of apocalypse, the sand-turned-mud and heat-turned-cold a lost relic of yesterday as the storm rampaged and tore up the desert. The duo managed to defeat the ogre and several silithid after a viscous battle, the two returned back to the Hold, wounded. Given a grim warning by Captain Vish the two depart back to Darnassus to bring word of the return of the madness in Silithus.

The skies part as the roar of a demon ten-thousand fold is cut off, his grim scar on the world looming in the once haunted desert.

Titles: Champion of the Horde, Dwarfbane

Age: Unknown, presumed to be in his later years

    Birthplace: Draenor

    Status: Deceased

    _______________________________________________________

An epitome of an orc warrior raised and bred prior the Horde's rise, he carries himself in a far more lean form compared to his fel-infused cousins, having only gained the burning red gaze and bloodlust as a result of exposure, he stands tall and broad-shouldered, usually clad in a set of black riveted plate and mail, a relic from Blackhand's day. While not as wide as those aged by the shadow Council, he is still a ferocious looking fighter.

As a warrior of the Blackrock Clan, he reserved the right to travel alongside his Warchief through the Dark Portal when the great gate tore open, being part of the Sythegore party that traveled through the dangerous goat tracks of Redridge to reach the Blackrock Mountain --- it's namesake and status set it as a fitting place to establish his master's dark fortress in the conquest of human lands. Ag'anosh oversaw the construction of several fortifications around the region, and maintained as an overseer to preserve Horde supremacy.

    ODAEiFl.png

As the nation of Azeroth met with it's green-skinned foe for the first time, so did Ag'anosh, encountering a party of knights lead by a grim-faced member of the rival to the Arm; the Brotherhood of the Horse. While the knights fled Ag'anosh learned of his Warchief's defeat at the Spire, and slew the Warlord of the Spire in his sleep to take command and order a withdrawal back to the mountain to maintain a foothold, while allowing human reinforcements to destroy and dismantle many of the outer defenses. The pinkskins never dared to breach the mountain itself.

    eKNb0nP.png

The orcs dug and worked in the deep mines of the spire, establishing forges and fortifications and carving out their own home in these ancient ruins, a year had passed when he heard the warhorn of his clan booming through the steppes --- Blackhand had returned! Of course, he was understandable confused as to why Doomhammer, lieutenant of Blackhand now spoke and acted like he was warchief... Was Blackhand not chosen by the spirits?

the pages appear to be frayed, as if the story is not yet complete

Champion's Armaments - A cruel biting axe bearing ripping blades, along with a heavy plate shield intended for defense against the most serious of blows.

Plate Armour - A suit of plate armour only capable of being forged by the able smiths of his clan.

    SJFZTsK.png

War_focus.png Maker of War - He has a lust for battle and slaughter, almost always reaching for his biting axe.

Carousing_focus.png Iron Liver - Like many orcs of the Blackrock Clan, he has an adoration for stiff drink, and can handle his very well.

Ares_own.png Warrior Bred - Lacking any other form of education, he is effectively almost limited to making war.

    Berserker.png Dwarfbane - HATES dwarves.
