    Son of a %$^&@

We keep running into each other, you were a GM on my server Aevum like 10 years ago, right?

    New Staff

Congratulations! If those are really even in order, as if to imply this was some sort of great race. From what I have seen you are all extremely qualified and dedicated to the server, a more than excellent addition. Just don't forget to keep in mind. Working and developing the server takes time! Don't try to overburden yourselves and wear yourselves out! Remember that this can't function as a full time job, so make sure to not to overwork yourself like its a full time job! Stand up and stretch! Now back to work, you lot, breaks over. We don't pay you to stand around.

    Heyo!

Welcome to the server! I am sure I will see you around!
  4. I actually live in San Antonio, the worst of the hurricane we had here was some higher than average winds. Houston has most of the damage because they are a city build in a dry lake bed. Thank you for asking though!

    LF the name "Angel"

Perhaps somebody with database access would be able to at least see if the name is inactive, it could belong to an account that is no longer played and they wouldn't mind giving it to you. If not that, the names themselves don't really matter because TRP lets you change your entire name anyways.
  6. Now that the server is down, I think it's about time that I create one of these! I am Cinos and I am here to introduce myself! I have been playing on the server for about a week now and I've already started to make repeat friends and acquaintances. I've participated in RP and I've even gotten a chance to build into a really exciting phase. I recently got the itch to play on a RP server because I missed the communities that based themselves around these kinds of servers, and tools like Discord have made the connections from player to player and staff to player base even better. About me: I have an interesting story as I come from a very long line of private servers. In 2008 I was introduced to the private server experience and I accidentally stumbled across an RP server through an old server list website. It was tiny and had GM access commands for everyone to use, and it intrigued me so much I downloaded a repack to try it myself. After figuring out how to make it work (first came Hamachi hosting, then web hosting) through trial and error, I upgraded to compiling my own server and pretty soon I had a dorky free website, game masters, and a player base that actually consisted of 200+ active connections! I named the server Aevum because I loved how the name sounded, and google told me that it meant "Life" in Latin. I graduated in 2009 and the upkeep of my server became more difficult. After being introduced to a gentleman that went by the name "S." who was the lead system admin for a server called Prologue (This later became Epilogue I believe) and I merged my fairly strong player base with his server before leaving the scene for several years. Fast forward several years and I return to the RP community on servers such as LibertasWoW and RebelWoW. In the very early Libertas era I was a GM, but I returned a year or so later and nobody seemed to recognize me (This was very early phasing era, so I actually blew some minds when I brought existing GMs to the site of one of my phase builds.. which I commonly worked on instead of worrying about server drama (maybe I am not a great GM) Further still, here I am. I live in Texas and attend school, work full time, and spend time with my loving wife (who doesn't seem to mind my excessive gaming on the side). I like to tell my RP server history in my introduction because my Aevum was one of my favorite memories. The incredible feeling of bringing fun and exciting things to complete strangers after spending 8 hours through the night working on new ways to do old things was exhilarating . I look forward to meeting you all and, for once, I don't feel as if I'll just step away from the RP server community, least of not Epsilon, any time soon. Until we meet in game! Cinos
