    Missing Items

    Item Term: dress_

    There are a few items in this term, namely the white wedding dress and it's recolors, aswell as the white woolen dress and it's recolors. The hanboks also come under this term.

    dress_ and brewfest items were added the other day. Will be available in the next release - just need to fix up a few bugs.

    Missing Item

    Item Name: Every Tabard in the Game.

    IDs: All Vanilla tabard IDs through to all Legion tabard IDs.

    Yeah, the tabard section doesn't work at all... which is a pain, given the fact that tabards are one of the hardest things to sift through.

    Otherwise though, this version of Mogit is fucking LEGIT! Best version seen on a custom RP server in my opinion.

    Tabards are in now. In the next update they'll be located in Epsilon Armour: Other

    The sheathing system has been used on servers like Paragon for a millenia.

    Let me guide you through it!

    The first number of a weapon's item ID is that particular weapon's 'sheath slot'.

    For example, there are two weapons with say, the item IDs 1113262 and 3113262 (these are not real ID's, by the way. Just an example).

    Both are the same weapon, but the first item will cause the weapon to sheath as if it is a two-handed sword/axe/mace, the second will have it sheath on the hip as if it were a one-handed sword/axe/mace

    The Sheath IDs are as follows:

    MELEE WEAPONS:
    Sheaths 1 - 6 are melee versions of weapons, which are required for certain spells.

    1 = 2-handed Sword/Axe/Mace Sheath

    2 = 2-handed Staff/Polearm Sheath (what is commonly known as 2-handed long or 2HL)

    3 = 1-handed Sword/Axe/Mace (hip sheath)

    4 = Shield-position Sheath (It doesn't cause your weapon to be recognized as a shield. It just sheaths in the same spot. Pretty useless sheath)

    5 = Invisible (Good for glaives and fist weapons that look fucked up anywhere)

    6 = Not sure what this sheath is. Makes things turn all weird.

    RANGED WEAPONS:
    Sheaths 7 - 12 are ranged versions of weapons, which are required for certain spells.

    7 = Gun/Crossbow (same location as 2-handed swords/axes/maces)

    8 = Bow (same location as staves and polearms)

    9 = Hip sheath (Ranged). I'm sure this looks good for... something!

    10 = Shield Position (Ranged). Not sure what you could use this for, to be honest.

    11 = Same sheath as 6. Looks kinda cool with ranged weapons actually.

    12 = Invisible (Ranged).

    This is honestly such a fun system for weapons once you know how to use it, particularly as you can juggle a single weapon between melee and ranged.

    For example, the WoD rifles with the massive bayonets I often add as both a rifle version (slot 7) and a 2-handed melee weapon version (slot 1) and just swap between them, allowing me to animate my character using their rifle's massive bayonet cleaver thing as an actual weapon.

    It's also handy for if you want to carry a particularly cumbersome one-handed weapon on your back like a two-handed weapon, or simply want things to sheath in ways that look cooler for your particular character. Experiment with sheathing slots and have fun with it!

    Might be worth adding a guide for this in Nar'thalas Academy

    Same with custom gear, as the equip slot is defined by the first number in an items entryID.

    Moving this to solved.

    Missing Items

    Item Term: robe_horde

    The only thing showing up when you search this is the Cult of the Damned skirt.

    Thanks, items with robe_horde in their name have added back in. You can download the updated epsilon_cloth module here or wait until the main post is updated.

  5. chime in with items that don't exist on epsilon - but should. This thread is only for existing items where some variants of items already exist - but are missing others.

    Will update as more are found.

  6. Adding on to what Gork said:

    Epsilon is a playground for all to enjoy, while most players are here to roleplay, some aren't.

    From my experience idling in start, witnessing some pretty horrible abuse hurled to other players after coming back from another tab is pretty disheartening. The bully NPC was a good reminder that Epsilon is a bully free zone.

    While it's a tough hurdle to hop over, moderation certainly can't be done 24/7 so it's fairly safe to say that we won't ever be able to have a start zone that new players don't occasionally see that type of shit.

    As for there being roleplay phases and people still sitting in start? lol, that's been going on since the beginning of time.

    Just give people time to adjust on Epsilon and things will slot into place.

  7. hey, it's possible to manipulate the wow chat to make your own custom hyperlinks.

    although it can be used to simply colour text, if done correctly can result in shift-clickable text.

    for players without addons to handle URLS, it might be a useful thing for them.

    at the moment, it's against the rules so people are limited to using it in private channels.

    About GLink

    GLink is based off of the hyperlink system built into the old TrinityAdmin AddOn. Through the understanding of how hyperlinks work in World of Warcraft I was able to put them to use instead of simply colouring in-game text as a novelty. When Epsilon first launched it lacked tools to make operating its' commands easier, GLink was created to fill this void and act as a quality of life addition to the game. Throughout its development it has grown with increasing capabilities.

    Features

        Hyperlinks for the following .lookup results
        Item - [Add]
        Creature - [Spawn]
        Spell - [Learn] - [Cast] - [Aura] - [Unaura]
        Object - [Spawn]
        Teleport - [Teleport]

    Hyperlinks also display when:

    Spawning and Selecting a game object - [Teleport] - [Spawn] - [Delete] - [Copy GUID] - [Copy Coordinates]
    Spawning an NPC - [Select] - [Delete] - [Copy GUID]
    NPC info - [Spawn] - [Delete] - [Morph] - [Mount]
    When using.gps - [Copy Coordinates]
    Saying PhaseID. e.g. Phase 8000 => [Phase 8000]

  9. just use a macro

    like this

    /script gameobjects = { "ID1", "ID2", "ID3", "ID4" }; SendChatMessage(".gobject spawn "..gameobjects[math.random(table.getn(gameobjects))]);

    where it says "ID1", "ID2" etc, replace with gameobject id. If you want to add more than 4, or delete some just delete the entries and make sure the last one doesn't have a comma ,

    example:

    /script gameobjects = { "61102", "61103", "61104" }; SendChatMessage(".gobject spawn "..gameobjects[math.random(table.getn(gameobjects))]);

    there's 3 there. notice how the 3rd one doesn't have a comma.

    bind to a key and spam away.

    p.s. be careful of warden

  10. it has been abit of a let down, yeah.

    though from the sounds of it, a few more bugs have been fixed and more features added - on the 7.3 test realm, just not the live realm.

    with an average of 10 players on daily, it is difficult to remain optimistic about the future of epsilon. Hopefully i get proved wrong, epsilon was and still is a nice place to hang about.

    thanks for your message
