The rivalry of DW and AG is related to whatever Darkwood and Mordred had, tho I insisted this situation is to be handled differently, it turned into what it is. Me and Mordred talked about it in PMs, he is fully aware this is not my call at all. I'm sorry for any inconvenience, but the hostility IC remains unless both parties agree to talk it out. The reason, we say that we are hostile to DW is that we "caught word of a ragtag group hunting down members of the alliance." That's all.

Thing is, you will need the "Heroes" of Azeroth for this, which heavily implies that the Highlord, Deathlord, Battlelord, etc. And ordinary powered characters won't survive Nighthold or ToS without the help of these "Adventurers" If you are open to accept the Order Hall Leader characters for your phase, it's great!

True, it can be used by anyone, I think I stated that Monks do it "better". In terms of blocking, I do not know what else can block "Spirit Energy", since I've yet to see such a thing happening. Only exception I could think off is Fel since it relies on absorbing life and Chi is a property of a living being.

Let me help you with some of these. Chi: Chi is known as "Body Energy", harnessed from meditation with self, this energy is determined by the level of meditation is done by someone. Most common classes are Monks that managed to harness such a power and use it as a weapon, developed by Pandaren 10.000 years ago, during the Mogu control, Kang, The Fist of First Dawn trained the Pandaren prisoners to rise up against the oppression and fight with their bodies and makeshift weapons from tools of their slavery. Later on, monks mastered this energy into a new combat style and thus allowing more uses of it, such as healing and protection. Chi is a self regenerative energy harnessed through meditation. Chi can be harnessed by anyone, but used by Monks on a greater scale. Chi is a body energy, thus cannot be blocked by magic shields. Empowered Chi attacks may pass certain types of armor that block physical attacks, but allowing the same force to pass through it. Chi is also used to vitalize and heal wounds, extensive healing sessions may fully heal body, mind and soul. Chi healing is slow, highly skilled Monks can speed it up. (Avoiding mechanics.) The four wild gods of Pandaria determine the power of the Monk, ranging from "Windwalker" as damage dealers, lightning attacks and swift strikes, "Mistweavers" as healers with soothing misty energy and serenity, "Brewmasters" or more well known as "Black Ox Monks", channeling Chi energy to stagger powerful blows and even dodge some and "Red Crane Monks" which primarily based on Holy and a mix of Chi. Intense chi meditation can break mind control spells and curses. Chi cannot be silenced/surpressed/interrupted unless it directly affects the user through stuns or other mental effects. I will drop more later.

Allow me to help you with answers : - We don't exactly "Mainphase Role-play" since it is unmoderated but not denied, so you can do whatever floats your boat if you are ok with random people dropping in or out OOC or IC. As for whatever/whoever, we are somewhat mixed, so you can expect here and there some colorful characters. - Addons we use are TRP 3, the latest version for 7.2.5, TinyClient is still a WIP soon, as for other ADDONS, I recommend our version of MogIt included with a DBC file to allow you custom items to be browsed in it! I totally agree to this, Shado-Pan' are a very elite force and not your everyday sight in RP, they follow strict code of honor and are the deadliest force in Pandaria. As popular reference, the Shado-pan share the ways of the : Shinobi (Ninja), Samurai, and many more warrior archtype of China and Japan, adapted for WoW lore.

Unlike your casual teen going to a special school or Dalaran academy to study principles of Magic, Pandaren kind of discovered it from the Highbourne Elves, before the Sundering. The way the elves teached Pandaren was way different than human like studies, more powerful and more "elegant", but just during the sundering, when the Elves abused powers and the Pandaren retreated, they said that their magic is too powerful, instead, with their meditative nature and more delicate approach the magic (before the Mogu uprise), they were excellent casters. Now, with the current times, the Pandaren lost a lot of their knowledge in arcane magic because of the Mogu, thus they are now limited in knowledge only on Wandering Isle and remote amount on the Mainland, and now study among the other mages of Azeroth.

If it's male, it's do-able by @Mordred, but for females, there is a remodel work in progress for 7.2.5 by Billbong to come out sometime soon, to fix the skeleton of the model and fix the eyes, then we will add a red eye version.
