  1. Changelog (25-07-2018) From now on our changelogs will be more rigid. Content patches will contain their own thread, with the retail patch number, followed by an Epsilon patch number for that specific patch (i.e. this thread is now 735.1, the next content patch will be 735.2, etc). Minor changes--bugfixes and the like will be documented as replies to their respective changelog. Bug Fixes .phase shift doodads Will now derp much less frequently. When it does, however, you will have to relog. Due to engine limitations that we have yet to understand, we are currently limited to showing around 3x3 ADT blocks around you. This means that you will load the doodadless ADTs of the ADT you are on, and every ADT around you. However, any ADT after that will be retail until you step into the ADT adjacent to it. This does mean that, until a fix is found, you will need to keep the view distance of doodadless ADTs in mind--make sure that a player cannot see them from too far away. Should a fix not be found within a reasonable timeframe, we will change terrain swaps to be 2x2 rather than 1x1. .npc lookup creature Was causing a stack overflow--and thus, a crash. We believe this has been resolved. .phase member remove Will no longer crash the server. .summon You will no longer receive a message under certain circumstances saying that the player has a higher security when attempting to summon them. CDN Load balancing and hotswapping introduced. Rebuilding the CDN will no longer make it so players cannot connect.
  2. Have an amazing phase or build that you've dedicated loads of times to on another server? Thousands of objects? No worries. We've finished the phase importer/copier that we've been talking about--send us a request, and we can quickly verify that you are the owner. We have a new forum for this purpose, and only the GM team can read it. Once we've verified that you are the owner, we will discreetly copy your build and place it inside your phase. Please be aware that npcs are not transferred. Please use the following application form: Build Source: The server your build or phase is on. Phase Source: The Phase ID (if any) of the build. Phase Destination: The phase you'd like the build to be imported to. Password: The password to enter your phase, if any. Basic Information: Where is the build located in the world? How many builds are there? Is there something we should avoid copying? How do we reach the build? To make sure your application is not denied, give us .tele locations on the source server where possible. Discord Name and Tag: For any questions or inquiries. We require the presence of you, or one of your officers, ingame during the operation, to help us verify your ownership of the build--but no communication will be held ingame whatsoever, only through Discord. If you are banned from the server and can no longer access it, we can hash it out over Discord too and see if we can find a way for you to prove your ownership. Please note that due to the extensive time the above procedure took, we no longer request proof of ownership for copy requests. However, falsely submitting a phase import request for a phase which you do not have permission to copy will result in your banning and the deletion of the phase. If you believe a phase you own has been copied without your permission, please contact the GM Team.

Whether armour, collections (also known as 3D armour), weapons and other bits and pieces! Utilize new objects for your phases. Play as either one or all of the four new Allied Races added in Patch 7.3.5. Alliance Lightforged Draenei Void Elves Horde Highmountain Tauren Nightborne Take a look at brand new character creation icons! Explore new worlds by visiting the many Invasion Points introduced in 7.3.5! Aurinor - A planet composed of floating islands with an atmosphere similar to that of Shadowmoon on Draenor. Bonich - A foggy world sporting massive pine trees, with a unique ecosystem where plant life grows very quickly, this planet has an atmosphere similar to the Grizzly Hills, only much larger! Cen'gar - If the cold does bother you, then a trip to Cen'gar might be up your alley as this planet is a world filled with lava and molten rock, with an atmosphere similar to that of the Firelands. You'll find the Orgrimmar Embassy as well as the new Engineering Works at the area that once was the Goblin Slums. You'll find the Stormwind Embassy north-west of the Dwarven District, near the Wollerton Stead. Explore a new, tropical battleground, namely the Seething Shore! Druids' [Archdruid's Lunarwing Form] now has a /sit animation. Removing a character from phase blacklist or whitelist should no longer require a server restart to take effect. Spells Mass teleportation spells should no longer teleport people to a different map. Not everyone wants to go hiking with you. Start Entering your phase at start should no longer prohibit you from casting spells within your own phase. Dual Wield should now always be enabled in Start. Just don't go overboard with the tentacle daggers, keep those for Sangua. Double Jump should now always be enabled in Start. Jump, jump, jump, is that all you do?

    8.x items and objects are fully compatible with 7.3.x and 7.2.x, so we'll also be downporting them too at some point.

  9. We will not be changing the sheath of retail items, and while we do intend to create a weapon forge at some point, it is a low priority in the face of other, more pressing features and fixes.

  11. 7.3 packed the wow executable. No private server is on 7.3 AFAIK. If you were to look in our commit history, you will note that we are currently investigating doing it ourselves and not relying on TrinityCore, which has not yet pushed a 7.3 core.
  12. The sails and windows I assume must be gameobjects. As a temporary solution, you could readd them to the wmo manually? This is explicitly in regards to the problem of missing sails and windows, it's something we plan to fix.
  13. Not that simple. We use float. It is not a practical operation to rewrite TrinityCore to use a different one. I will look into why the object spawns as an integer, seemingly, though? However, I should note that objects not adjusting properly is from previous tests because the server can only store up to, uh, 6 digits, I believe it was. This issue is relieved if you simply spawn in coordinates much closer to 0. I'll take this bug report as ".gobject copy is bugged" -- if it converts from float to integer and back to float (for whatever reason, no sensible idea why that would happen) then it can be resolved. But you should know TrinityCore only saves up to 6-7 digits of float. This means that if you spawn too far from the center of the map you will have no hope of building properly. This is an issue in all private servers and a fix is not simple, but it is on the cards.

  18. Do you lack these commands? .phase del exists, and like .phase tele add, is exclusive to officers. Define .phase tele 'keeps breaking'...? Though that should go in a bug report.
  19. We are in remote locations beyond the reach of Blizzard. The server itself might not be, but we own several servers and it is unlikely for them to shut them all down at the same time. Blizzard is incapable of taking us to court anyway. The best they can do is go for our domain or server, but those are just temporary annoyances. To our credit, we are not based anywhere in the Americas or Europe, unlike almost all other server owners who need to fear U.S. courts or EU treaties that dilute the border between its member states and their respective laws. As long as a private server owner is not in the EU, U.S. or Canada, they are outside the reach Blizzard is willing to exert unless they are literally making millions.
