I can confirm these walls are removable with doodad phaseshifting once it's released. So if you're open to the idea of reconstructing the area yourself, that's a possibility. However, removing just those walls will not be possible until 8.1, when the technology allows us to send you only the specific files we want to change rather than copying everything constantly (thanks to the MAID chunk in WDT). So I'll be keeping your suggestion here as a reference for when we update to BFA.

Not find-and-replace. You should be extracting our TinyClient into retail folder and then run the Epsilon WoW app. If that's the procedure you did, reply, and we'll try and see what's going on.
